  • Products are made in a smoke-free, pet friendly home (cat and dog).

  • Your finished commission will be created in my own style. Requests for heavy pattern modifications or replications of designs by other artists are frowned upon. 100% accuracy is not possible but I will do my best to complete the design as close to the reference provided.

  • Unless I ask the client directly for feedback, it is the client's responsibility to speak up if something is amiss from what was discussed previously.

  • 100% accuracy to the reference is not possible and not offered. Please be considerate of this when requesting revisions. If you have a problem with this, please do not commission me.

  • Quotes are not provided in advance - only if your project is chosen.

  • Shipping total will be discussed once the item has been completed. I won't know until I weighed the finished product.

  • Any shipping and customs fees are covered entirely by the client. The default method is USPS. Express shipping types are up to the client to request and pay for.

  • While I pack and ship my commissions with care, I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Insurance can be purchased at the request of the client and be paid for entirely by the client.

  • We do not offer refunds nor returns.

  • Client is responsible for contacting within 1 month of order arrival regarding any changes that need to be made due to error on my part. If you do not address these within the 30 day period; I am not responsible for shipping or additional fees that may need to go into a correction after the 30 day period. You, the client, will be held responsible.

  • If the outfit arrives damaged, please let me know immediately and take pictures of the damage. I will coordinate with you regarding the next steps to ensure a claim has been filed with the shipping carrier so you may receive a refund.

  • WARRANTY TERMS: As everything is handmade, there is always a possibility for damage to happen due to human error. Clients have 1 year of warranty from the date of purchase on the item for accidental damage. Please note: Warranty items are case by case. If you have a question; please email me your inquiry. I always do my best to work something out with customers, but sometimes there are situations that are entirely out of my control and not my responsibility to correct.

  • RESELLING: You are allowed to sell completed designs so long as you let me know beforehand. If you have questions about re-sell value; email with your design details and I am happy to assist with measurements and price value. Charging more than what you had paid is frowned upon and we at Bloomerumi do not take responsibility for 3rd party reselling.

  • NON-REPSONSE FROM CLIENT: I reserve the right to re-sell the bloomi / kigurumi if communication with the buyer fails for 2 months after the outfit is completed.

  • CANCELLATIONS: I reserve the right to cancel or deny your commission for any reason. A full refund will be issued in this circumstance.

  • RIGHTS: I reserve the right to use all of my commissioned work for advertising, examples for future commissions, and social media.

  • Photos of the design will be posted on my all social media unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

  • I reserve the right to use any pattern created for your character in future commissions. The client cannot claim to be the original creator or artist of the finished outfit.

  • The client cannot use images or the bloomi in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

If revisions are requested after the commission is completed:
The client will be charged an additional cost - the amount of which is at my discretion.
If the revision requested is a mistake made on my part - no additional cost will be incurred.
